Open/Wet Slips- $2800/ year
Our open wet slips provide convenient, in-water docking for a variety of boats up to 40 feet. Select slips feature 4-foot wide, 45-foot long finger piers that make boarding and line handling easier and more comfortable. Several of these slips also offer deeper water, making them an excellent choice for sailboats and other vessels that require additional draft. These slips provide simple, reliable access to your boat whenever you’re ready to head out on the water.
